Madison Rhodes, MA, LPC
Madison Rhodes received her Master’s Degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from Phillips Graduate Institute (formerly California Family Studies) located in Encino, California in 1999. She completed her post graduate training while working for one of the valley’s top non-profit organizations; counseling underprivileged youth and their families. She has also worked as the clinical director for a medically approved substance abuse clinic in Tempe, Arizona.
Madison is a proud alumni of Arizona State University, where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a minor in Sociology, through ASU’s West Campus in 1996. She has had experience working with the severely mentally ill, in a state funded hospital in California. She has also developed several seminars on anger management, parenting skills, and on how to get the love that you’ve always dreamed of. Madison is comfortable working with adults and couples. She NO LONGER sees children for services.
Her clinical expertise focuses on individuals, couples, and marriage therapy where she utilizes a personal, and compassionate approach, combined with solution-focused therapy for clients who experience depression, anxiety, obsessions, trauma, relationship problems, loss, grief, impulse control, ADHD and ADD, addiction, personality disorders, and work issues. With her training as a licensed professional counselor, she is able to come up with solutions that are beneficial to you in a short amount of time, resulting in quick results that last. Other methods of counseling available include: Employee Assistance Program services, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques; any of which can be tailored to meet the needs of the client, the couple, or the marriage.
